What are The Parent Hub Walks?

The Parent Hub Walks are weekly meetups designed specifically for moms in the thick of early motherhood. Whether you’re pregnant, navigating the newborn stage, or chasing a toddler—our walks are a simple, time-saving way to look after you.

In one easy outing, you’ll get:
– Light movement to support your health
– Fresh air and time in nature to clear your head
– Real connection with other moms who understand what you're going through

No prep. No pressure. Just a chance to show up exactly as you are—baby and all—and be reminded that you’re not alone.

The truth is, motherhood can feel incredibly isolating, even with a supportive partner. That’s why these walks exist: to give you space to move, breathe, and connect with women who get it.
