We walk a journey together, through changing emotional and physical needs, growth spurts, and develpmental stages. My aim is to empower parents to follow their instincts, guided and supported by science, and have a place to go without any judgement or fear. I see babies from 1 week of age, and we focus on all aspects of health and growth and development—from well-baby checks, acute illness, and problem solving when the road gets bumpy. We have an incredibly collaborative relationship with schools and allied health professionals to form a team of informed, like-minded support circles, with families in the center. We specialize in early intervention.

The Well Mother and Child Clinic is a well-baby clinic where parents and their babies' needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment. Tasha is a registered nurse (trained in the UK), and an Internationally and South African certified lactation consultant. We offer the following services; Vaccinations, Antenatal classes, Lactation consults, Newborn checks, Baby weigh-ins, and General consults for singletons and twins.

At Kids Who Can Community, we offer practical courses and workshops for ALL children. We provide children with a safe, fun space to learn about themselves ~ what they like, what they dislike, how they feel about things and to learn to manage what life throws at them in a healthy and effective way.  Our aim is to empower children to take responsibility in creating their own healthy, calm, joyful lives by teaching them tools and techniques to assist them with the changes and challenges they may face in their daily lives.

I am a mental health GP, and my practice focusses on managing a wide range of mental health conditions for children, adolescents and adults with a holistic, inclusive, and empathetic approach.

Megan is a Registered Midwife, a trained and experienced breastfeeding counsellor, a Certified Infant massage instructor and a mom to town teenagers.

She owns and runs Tender Touch Mother & Baby Clinic in Kirstenhof, a comprehensive well mother and child clinic which is a nurturing haven dedicated to the holistic well-being of parents and their growing families – caring for expectant parents, new parents, newborns to young children.

She understands that the journey into parenthood is a transformative and sometimes overwhelming experience, and she will support and guide you every step of the way.

Kate Millar is a passionate dance educator who brings music, movement, and magic into the lives of little ones through her vibrant and inclusive classes. As the founder of Step It Up Dance Academy, Kate specializes in ballet-based movement classes for children aged 3 and up—infused with playful touches of modern and hip hop styles to keep things fresh, fun, and flexible.  Her approach is all about confidence-building and joyful self-expression. Whether it’s a tiny ballerina twirling beside her mom in a Mommy & Me class, or a child dancing alongside their nanny in her beautiful new “Me & My Nanny” sessions—Kate creates space for connection, rhythm, and growth.  With over 13 years of experience, Kate’s classes are gentle, welcoming, and rooted in the belief that dance should meet every child where they’re at. Her growing academy now runs across several Cape Town venues, making it easier than ever for families to step into the joy of movement.
