A specialist pediatric practice focusing on the whole child. A gentle place for the neurocurious and for parents wanting to be deliberate and conscious about how their children grow and thrive. Evidence-based and collaborative, my practice runs on authentic, real, and long-term connection and collaboration. We walk a journey together, through changing emotional and physical needs, growth spurts, and develpmental stages. My aim is to empower parents to follow their instincts, guided and supported by science, and have a place to go without any judgement or fear. I see babies from 1 week of age, and we focus on all aspects of health and growth and development—from well-baby checks, acute illness, and problem solving when the road gets bumpy. We have an incredibly collaborative relationship with schools and allied health professionals to form a team of informed, like-minded support circles, with families in the center. We specialize in early intervention.

Body Stress Release (BSR) is a complementary health technique which addresses various symptoms related to stress and muscle tension, in both adults and children.

When the body fails to adapt effectively to stress, be it mechanical, chemical or emotional, the muscles clench in protective action, locking tension into the body’s structures.

This may cause disruption to the nervous system,

by performing a serious of neuro-muscular reflex tests to accurately pinpoint the sites of tension.

Tension is then released by a light and precise stimulus which has a profound effect on the central nervous system and encourages nerve pathways to restore, thus stimulating the body’s innate self- healing response.

I am a mental health GP, and my practice focusses on managing a wide range of mental health conditions for children, adolescents and adults with a holistic, inclusive, and empathetic approach.

As a qualified Integral Coaching Practioner (and mother of 2 teens), Milena focuses on supporting
teenagers and young adults navigate their way through challenging times. She is very passionate about her process, offering a confidential, non-judgmental space for her young clients to explore and share their current status. Together they work towards finding solutions and an improved understanding of self – offering them the tools and coping skills to manage their challenges.

An extension to her process is the sound inclusion of family, encouraging the development of the family unit through facilitation, conversation and guidance.
For High school students there is an offering of Executive function training with regards to study skills,
planning and execution to achieve desired results.

Megan is a Registered Midwife, a trained and experienced breastfeeding counsellor, a Certified Infant massage instructor and a mom to town teenagers.

She owns and runs Tender Touch Mother & Baby Clinic in Kirstenhof, a comprehensive well mother and child clinic which is a nurturing haven dedicated to the holistic well-being of parents and their growing families – caring for expectant parents, new parents, newborns to young children.

She understands that the journey into parenthood is a transformative and sometimes overwhelming experience, and she will support and guide you every step of the way.

Our range of services include:

Antenatal classes

Postnatal home visits (preference is given to Antenatal couples who attend her courses due to time constraints)

Breastfeeding assistance and guidance

Baby Massage classes

Clinic services include baby weight and health checks, developmental screening and assessments as well as essential vaccinations (state and private vaccines available).

Megan’s favourite part of her job is establishing long term relationships with her clients and their babies and offering ongoing support to moms through the early years of motherhood.

Tasha is a registered nurse (trained in the UK), and an Internationally and South African certified lactation consultant.
