As parents, we take care of everyone else: our kids, our partner, our pets, our family, and we have a tendency to forget about ourselves… We think it makes us a better person, but we are 100% wrong! If we “break”, who will take care of everyone? To be able to take care of others, we must first be in the right place ourselves.

I am a nutritionist, but I am also a working mom, who went through it all myself: I woke up one morning, with two kids, two dogs, a hubby and… health issues! I was overweight, had insomnia, brain fog, cravings, my energy would run low throughout the day and I had back and knee problems. I was lost between all the different health specialists, everyone’s good advices, not knowing who to believe and what to do anymore and I couldn’t stand the idea of another trendy diet. So I decided to understand it all myself, I became a nutritionist, to help myself first and now others. I don’t do diets, I don’t believe in restrictions, but I highly believe in educating my clients to understand their body, food in the 21rst century and teach them how to adapt their needs according to their lifestyle.  

We only have one body to last us for our lifetime, and food is our fuel, it is therefore worth the shot to take care of both!
