Terms & Conditions – The Parent Hub Business Directory

By signing up to be listed in The Parent Hub Directory, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Your business must have a consistent 4 or 5-star rating (Google, Facebook, or other verified review platforms) to be eligible for listing.

Listings are subject to review and approval by The Parent Hub team to ensure alignment with our values and community standards.

Suppose a business does not have any publicly visible reviews at the time of listing. In that case, Parent Hub reserves the right to pause the subscription and remove the listing from the directory until this is sorted.

2. Fees & Payments

A once-off admin fee of R120 is payable upon sign-up to process and add your business to the directory.
After your first month, you will be billed R150 every three months to keep your listing active and visible in the directory.
Renewal payments are due at the start of each new billing period to ensure uninterrupted listing.
Non-payment may result in removal from the directory without prior notice.

3. Promotion & Exposure

Your business will be listed on The Parent Hub website under the appropriate category and location.

The directory will be shared weekly on our social platforms (reaching over 200,000 users monthly) and featured twice a month in our newsletter to 7,000+ moms.

Additional promotion or sponsored features may be available separately.

4. Cancellations & Updates

You may cancel your listing at any time by emailing christie@theparenthub.online. Please allow up to 7 working days for removal.

You are responsible for keeping your business details accurate. Updates can be requested at any time.

5. Right to Refuse or Remove

The Parent Hub reserves the right to decline or remove listings at any time if they no longer meet our quality standards or community guidelines.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
